Entertainment purpose
Quiz medical advice, therapy या psychological assessment नहीं है. Result lightweight scoring model से बनता है और इसे final identity decision की तरह न लें.
Allowed use
आप site browse कर सकते हैं, quiz ले सकते हैं, public result links share कर सकते हैं और genuine feedback भेज सकते हैं. Service disrupt करना, unlawful, threatening, deceptive या abusive content भेजना, किसी और की identity use करना, analytics या feedback abuse करना, verification या rate limits bypass करना, protected areas probe करना या automation से site overload करना allowed नहीं है. Service और users की सुरक्षा के लिए हम submissions reject या limit कर सकते हैं.
Feedback और replies
आप अपने submitted feedback के लिए responsible हैं और उसे share करने का अधिकार होना चाहिए. Unnecessary sensitive information शामिल न करें. Reply माँगने पर आप email और optional name को उस reply के लिए use करने की consent देते हैं. Feedback Privacy Policy में बताए providers और Tencent WeCom workflow से process होता है; encrypted text और contact data default रूप से 90 दिनों तक और बाकी record लगभग 12 महीनों तक रहता है. Privacy या deletion request Feedback ID के साथ support@toporbottom.me पर भेज सकते हैं.
Intellectual property
Site design, copy, quiz content और brand TopOrBottom.me के हैं जब तक अलग से stated न हो. Public pages link कर सकते हैं, लेकिन entire content republish नहीं.
Changes
हम site या terms update कर सकते हैं. Update के बाद site use करना updated terms accept करना है.
